'Microparts' Interest Group Workshop

Recent Advances in modern manufacturing technques has made it possible to manufacture small and complex components to extemely high accuracies. In direct response to associated requirements, extensive research is being carried out in the area of geometrical measurement on the micro-scale.

This workshop aims to disseminate the work of the project 'Microparts' which is a joint activity in the area of micro co-ordinate metrology for miniature components between NMi-VSL, NPL, PTB and METAS.
