before you start

  1. This website has been optimized for window size 1024x768
  2. Use latest versions (minimum version 4) of the Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers. Best results are achieved with Internet Explorer version 5/6. Do not disable cookies.
  3. Screen savers interfere with the training session so should be switched off.
  4. Close any other programs using your internet connection, such as email or instant messaging software. This will help to ensure that playback is not interrupted
